Join us for Flight School with Aaron Brussat on Tuesday, November 13th! Aaron is a Certified Cicerone, beer writer, homebrewer, and editor of the Northwest Brewing News. Flight School is for anybody who wants to expand their knowledge of beer!

Ready to get funky? Between two classic Belgian styles–Lambic and Flanders Red–and two bold American Wild Ales, this Beer Flight School will tingle your taste buds. Ever wondered how many organisms it takes to ferment a lambic? And who is this guy named Brett, anyhow? Come hang out, drink a flight, and get all those questions answered.




Beer Flight School – Haze Wars

OK, OK, these beers are super fun to drink. But do they hold up under scrutiny? Challenge your palate to detect subtle flavors in these bold beers, and get a feel for when haze matters, and why. Included in the flight are some IPA mythbusters and more information about hops than you really need.
