The Bier Stein in Eugene is seeking an experienced individual to supervise the AM prep in our kitchen! Responsibilities include writing and executing up to three different prep lists throughout the day, supervising and directing staff on which items take priority, and communicating with line and FOH about daily specials, soups and 86’d items.
*At least 2 years experience in high volume kitchens is preferred.
*Schedule is Thursday-Monday 8 AM until the prep is complete.
