Front of House Manager

The Bier Stein is looking to hire a service-focused Front of House Manager to join the team of hard working craft beer enthusiasts . This management position will invest heavily in The Bier Stein’s service, focusing on making connections with guests, ensuring high standards are met, and maintaining a stellar FOH team.

Supervisory Responsibilities*:

Manages FOH staff and subordinate supervisors. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also, directly supervises (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior customer service experience is required.

Specialized Training:

Cicerone Level 1

  • Food handler’s card
  • Covid-19 Vaccination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year
